Using ColorAstra
By making an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ColorAstra.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to have an account.
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what your account does.
- One person per account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.
Credits, plans and refunds
- Drawing a page and some AI edits cost credits. The cost is shown before you start, and current prices are on the pricing page.
- If a page fails to draw, its credits are returned automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Monthly plan credits roll over as described on the pricing page; credits from packs don’t expire.
- Paid plans renew until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it.
The pages you make
- You may use the pages you make for yourself, your family and your classroom on any plan. On a paid plan you may also sell them, on their own or in books, with no royalty and no credit to us required.
- You keep any rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and give us permission to use them only to run the service for you.
- AI drawings may resemble other work, and in some places they can’t be protected by copyright. Check that a page is right for your use before you publish it, especially if it shows a known character or brand.
Free printables
The pages in free printables are ours. Print and color them at home or in class as much as you like. Please don’t sell them, put them in a book or post them elsewhere as your own.
What’s not allowed
- Making pages that are sexual, hateful, violent toward real people, or that exploit children in any way.
- Uploading photos of people without their permission, or using someone else’s work you have no right to.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or reselling access to it.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service itself
We work to keep ColorAstra running well, but it’s provided as it is, and AI drawings don’t always come out as expected. We may change or retire features over time. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using ColorAstra and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Download anything you want to keep first: once an account is deleted, its pages are gone.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change applies. Questions go to the contact address we’ll publish here before launch.
